Fifield Shipping and Returns policy

Shipping

All orders are shipped FOB from Hingham, Mass. If there is any other shipping point is used the client will be advised.

All orders are shipped via U.P.S. prepaid.

If the client chooses to ship via any other carrier the client will be held liable for any charges or damages.

Returns

If the client need to make a return, they must contact a Fifield representative to recieve a Return Authorization Number.

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply
  • The material must be returned freight prepaid
  • The client's credit card will be credited upon receipt of the merchandise

If the client recieves the wrong merchandise they must contact a Fifield representative to get a Return Authorization Number.

  • Fifield will ship the correct product immediately
  • The wrong merchandise must be returned via the mode of transportation that the Fifield representative appoints
  • The client's credit card will be credited upon receipt of the merchandise
